The Moore County girls’ tennis team blanked Fayetteville this past week, skunking them, 7-0.

Top seeded Maddie Sparkman defeated Anabeth Sumners 8-1 while Blaizia Thomison beat Mya March 8-1. Becca Trussell beat Reagan McVey 8-6 while Makylah Brown beat Marcy Batchelov 8-3. Gracie Holt blanked Maegan Turner 8-0.

In doubles action the team of Sparkman and Holt beat Sumners and March 8-3 while the team of Thomison and Brown beat the team of McVey and Batchelov 8-1.
