In recent action, the Moore County girls tamed the Fayetteville City Tigers 7-1.

Maddie Sparkman who her match 8-2 while Blaizia Thomison won 8-5. Rebecca Trussell won 8-2 while Makylah Brown won 8-4. Grace Holt was an 8-6 winner while Allison Harris lost 3-8. In doubles the team of Brown and Thomison won 8-2 while the team of Sparkman Brenley Tucker won 8-3.

The win came after a convincing shutout of Giles County. In that match, Sparkman beat Giles’ first seed 8-2 while Thomison shut out their second seed 8-0. Trussell won 8-0 while Brown claimed an 8-1 victory. The team of Holt and Brown won their doubles match 8-3.

The ladies beat Franklin County eight matches to one with Sparkman winning 8-2, Thomison 8-3, Trussell 8-4, Brown 8-5, Holt 8-6 and Makensey May 8-5. Thomison and Brown lost 4-8 in doubles while Trussell and Holt won 8-4.
