Concerned Citizens of Moore County held an open meeting at the American Legion Building. Approximately 22 people attended. The meeting was conducted by the Concerned Citizens founding members Regina Adcock, Keith Moses, Robert Bracewell, and Hampton Hoffman. Hoffman announced at the beginning of the meeting that he would be stepping down, as he will be moving from Moore County. He has withdrawn his name from the August ballot for a District 2 council seat.
