Regina Joye Qualls, 56

Regina Joye Qualls, 56, of Lynchburg, passed away peacefully on March 31, 2026, at her residence, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on March 19, 1970, in Tullahoma to the late Billy and Wanda (Smith) Bradford.

Regina was a faithful member of New Center Grove Church of Christ. She was a devoted mother and grandmother who found her greatest joy in caring for and spending time with her family. Her grandchildren were the light of her life, and she treasured every moment with them. Regina enjoyed Jeep rides, four-wheeling, and shopping, and she had a fun-loving spirit that made every outing special.

She worked as the deli manager at Woodard’s Market & Deli, where she was known for her strong work ethic and kind heart. Regina had a way of making others feel welcome and cared for, and her warmth left a lasting impression on everyone she met. She will be remembered for her gentle nature, her generous spirit, and the deep love she had for her family.

In addition to her parents, Regina was preceded in death by her loving husband of 36 years, Jon Qualls; her sister, Kimberly Bradford; and her brother-in-law, Stanley Tankersley.

She is survived by her loving children, Todd (Kelsie) Qualls and Jared (Hannah) Qualls; her cherished grandchildren, Alyssa, Kaylee, Ellie, and Annie Qualls; her sisters, Cheryl (Ronnie) Clark and Pam Tankersley; her mother-in-law and father-in-law, Paul and Donna Qualls; as well as several nieces, nephews, and extended family members.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 6, 2026, at Jennings-Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. Funeral services were conducted on Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at Jennings-Moore-Cortner Funeral Home with Byron Lawrence officiating. Interment followed in Qualls Family Cemetery.
