Some grades at MCS go remote through Christmas

Posted on Thursday, December 10, 2020 at 10:30 am

COVID-19 has forced Moore County Schools to implement remote learning for some grades until the Christmas holidays.

Due to a large number of students and staff being placed in quarantine/isolation due to COVID-19, Grades 7-12 and Janie Sanders’ Kindergarten class at Lynchburg Elementary School started remote learning on Monday and will remain doing so through Dec. 18. Teachers and staff that are not under quarantine/isolation will report to their school as scheduled.

MCHS/MCMS students and parents should go to www.mchs.moorecountyschools.net for information on things such as learning packets.
