LYNCHBURG, Tenn. — Metro Lynchburg/Moore County Director of Schools Chad Moorehead presented a certificate of recognition to longtime MCBoE school board member Richard Riddle during the Monday, Aug. 11 school board meeting.

Moorehead thanked Riddle for his eight years of service on the school board and for also serving as school board chairman.

“I want to thank the board and my constituents,” said Riddle, who did not seek re-election this year in the 2nd District. “I think we have a good school board and a good school system. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to serve.”
