The Moore County High School Raiderettes went 2-1 in the Watertown Christmas Tournament recently. After dropping a 74-35 decision to Cookeville, the Raiderettes beat DCA of Nashville 46-42 and won the consolation game 47-39 over Portland. The Raiders didn’t fare as well, going 0-3. Raiders fell to White House Heritage 47-37, 63-51 to a tough DCA team and 58-48 to DeKalb County. The teams are back in action this week. The Raiders were to host Summertown at 6 on Dec. 30 – too late for this edition. Then the boys and girls travel to Forrest on Jan. 2 and return home to face RCA at 6 on Jan. 3.
