Motlow State Constitution Day Forum discusses issues relevant to elections and the Constitution

LYNCHBURG, Tenn. — The Motlow State Community College Department of Social Sciences recently sponsored the annual Constitution Day Forum on the Moore County campus. Constitution Day is an American federal observance honoring the day 39 delegates to the Constitutional Convention signed the United States Constitution in 1787.
