Moore County cheerleaders attend cheer camp

07-25-14 cheer MCHS cheerleadersThe Moore County High School cheerleaders (from left) Maddie Guinn, Allison Hensley, Brittany Amos, Carrie Partin, Lacey Thomas, Jennie Lingle, Hailey Beaver and Emma Hill attended a cheer camp on the campus of the University of Alabama Huntsville last month. MCHS senior Carrie Partin was named an All American Cheerleader and will have an opportunity to travel to London in 2015. Team awards include Blue ribbon in Home Pom evaluation; second place in Small Varsity sidelines; fourth place in Extreme and Cheer competition; and fourth place in overall game day routine. The squad was also invited to participate in the Capital One Bowl in Orlando, Fla. The girls are coached by Angie Weddington.
