The principal and faculty of Moore County Middle School recently announced that seventh grader Hannah Bush was selected as Student of the Month for the month of April for exhibiting the character trait of honesty.
Student of the Month is an ongoing program that recognizes a single student for exemplifying the character trait of the month.
According to school officials, Hannah shows honesty by being a good student and always working hard. “She is a very observant student who will let you know if something is not right. She will always tell the truth and is a pleasant student to have in the classroom,” say school officials.
Hannah is the 12 year-old daughter of Sandy and David Bush. She has a twin brother and sister, Bethanie and Noah Bush. She also has a half sister who lives in Wisconsin. Hannah enjoys swimming, horseback riding and hanging out with friends.
As Student of the Month, Hannah received a goodie bag that included coupons from Sonic, Hardee’s, Lynchburg Drug Store, Domino’s, Dairy Queen, Taco Bell, Tullahoma Lanes, Krystal, Arby’s, Woodard’s Market and The Iron Kettle. She also received a certificate of recognition, a homework pass, a PE pass and a free ice cream from the cafeteria. Look for her name on the sign in front of the school.
