Moore County High School head basketball coach Lavon King will host a youth developmental camp for boys and girls in grades 3 through 8 on June 17-20.
The camp, which will run from 8-11:30 a.m. daily will be conducted by the MCHS staff, former players and current players.
Campers will be taught basketball fundamentals in a competitive atmosphere.
“We believe fundamentals are the foundation of becoming a better basketball player,” said King in a release. “Raider Basketball Camp will teach your child basic basketball skills that will help them improve as players.”
The camp fee is $40. Camp application and payment is due at registration on the first day of camp. Please arrive early in order to complete a registration form.
Each camper will receive a camp T-shirt and will be taught sound techniques in the game of basketball.
