Bailey, Kenneth E., 36, of Lynchburg, passed away suddenly on Saturday, July 27, 2013 at Southern Tennessee Medical Center in Winchester. A native of Scottsboro, Ala., he was a son of the late Nona Cookston. He was a CDL Driver employed by Brown-Forman. He was a member of Charity Baptist Church. He loved hunting, fishing and riding his motorcycle. He is survived by his parents, Billy and Juanita Bailey of Estill Springs; his wife Francine Bailey of Lynchburg; his son, Kenneth Bailey Jr.; daughter Brandy Bailey, both of Lynchburg; brother Jesse Bailey and his wife Tina of Manchester; sister Jessica Cantella and her husband Chris of Harvest, Ala.; grandfather Herbert Cookston of Scottsboro, Ala.; his extended families, the Baileys, the Batsons, the Tuckers and the Kellys; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. The family received friends on Wednesday, July 31, at noon, with memorial services following at 1 p.m. at the Lynchburg Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Danny Hale officiating.
