Kenneth Allen Warren, 74

Warren, Kenneth Allen ‘Sam,’ 74, of Shelbyville, passed from this life Sunday night, Jan. 25, 2015 at Centennial Medical Center. Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 28 in the chapel of Doak-Howell Funeral Home with Bro. Danny Hale officiating. Burial followed at Mount Herman Cemetery. A native of Bedford County, Mr. Warren was the son of the late William Dee Warren and the late Lottie Mae Clifford Warren and was preceded in death by his brothers Bobby Warren, James ‘Bud’ Warren, grandson Bobby Wayne Ray III, and beloved Boston terrier Beanie. Mr. Warren was a member of Charity Baptist Church; he worked at Walmart, Landers Tire & Muffler for 25 years and Jensen’s Pencil for 20 years. He loved the Green Bay Packers and watching his grandchildren play ball. Mr. Warren is survived by his wife of 42 years June Raby Warren; children Lanny (Shari) Warren, Kenny (Lisa Faye) Warren, Lynne (Hershel) Lusk, Vicki (Todd) Whorley, Tammy Powell, Andrew (Leanne) Gipson, Anita (Dale) Blanton, Danny (Katrina) Gipson; grandchildren Josh Warren, James Warren, Sabrina Tyree, Nathan Lusk, Chasity Lusk, Christopher Warren, Kaylee Ray, Kylie Ray, Ashton Whorley, Dylan Powell, Kaylib Powell, Sami Frame, Alyssa Frame, Christopher Martin, Justin Blanton, Kurt Blanton, Nikki Gipson, Erica Gipson, Cayden Gipson, Madi Peters, Tim Thompson, Matt Thompson; 18 great grandchildren; siblings Benny Warren and Philip Warren both of Flat Creek, Rosalie McNeeley of Sevierville; and many nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Bedford County Cancer Foundation at PO Box 1523, Shelbyville, TN 37162-1523. Doak-Howell Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
