LYNCHBURG, Tenn. — Jennings Moore-Cortner Funeral Home invites families who have lost a loved one this year and the general public to its inaugural “Service of Remembrance” on Friday, Dec. 4 beginning at 6 p.m.
“We recognize that every loss is significant and we are honoring those lost this year during this service. We are blessed to have Brother Richard Logan, of the Lynchburg Church of Christ, officiating and look forward to sharing this time together,” said Jim Cortner of Jennings Moore-Cortner Funeral Home.
Every family served by the funeral home this year will have a special ornament on the Christmas tree honoring their loved one and will be invited to take the ornament home after the service. Holiday refreshments will be served once the service concludes.
Jennings Moore-Cortner officials added that anyone who lost a loved one this year, regardless of where the service took place, is invited and they would like to include them in the service. Please call (931) 759-4552 to have them honored.
