Duck River Raceway Park shifts Deep Fried 75 from November to October

CAR duck_river  LOGOWHEEL – Duck River Raceway Park in Wheel, Tenn., is shifting its late-season Deep Fried 75 to October in announcing a 2015 schedule that stretches from February to October. The fourth annual event will pay $12,000-to-win on Oct. 16-17; the race was held in November the past three seasons.

The Bob Harris-owned track also plans unsanctioned Super Late Model specials on holiday weekends. The $3,500-to-win Memorial Day Classic is set for May 24, the $4,000-to-win Liberty Run is set for July 4 and the $3,500-to-win Sam Pugh Late Model Extravaganza is scheduled for Sept. 6.

Previously announced dates include the April 10 World of Outlaws Late Model Series visit and the May 1-2 NeSmith Chevrolet Dirt Late Model Series stop for Crate Late Models.
