LYNCHBURG, Tenn. — The South Central Human Resource Agency announced that the U. S. Dept. of Agriculture Commodities will be distributed on Tuesday, Sept. 13 from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. to eligible area residents on a first come, first serve basis. The food distribution will be held at the American Legion Building on county Route 129 (Old Booneville Road).
Eligibility will be based on total household income that is within the income guidelines. Anyone receiving aid from one of the following programs is eligible for USDA Commodities; SNAP (formerly known as Food Stamps), Families First, SSI, LIHEAP or proof of residency in Public Housing.
