Christmas Parade Winners weather the wet and cold

The Lynchburg Christmas parade was delayed a week due to rain, but the weather wasn’t cooperative last Saturday, either. Still, the parade went on as scheduled and a little cold and rain didn’t dampen the spirits of those who attended and participated.
