The Motlow Bucks will face the host school, Georgia Perimeter, in the opening round of the NJCAA East Central District baseball tournament on Friday, May 16 at 2 p.m. CST at Jaguar Baseball Stadium in Covington, Ga.
The four-team tournament will decide the East Central representative in the upcoming National Junior College Athletic Association JUCO World Series, scheduled for May 24-31 at Sam Suplizio Field in Grand Junction, Co. The two winners will advance to the winner’s bracket finals on Saturday at 11 a.m. The two opening-round losing teams will play on Friday at 5 p.m., with the loser of that game being eliminated in the double-elimination tournament.
The championship game is scheduled for Sunday, May 18 at 11 a.m. If a second championship game is needed, it will be played 30 minutes after the conclusion of the first game on Sunday.
