Billy Parker Couch

Couch, Billy Parker, 72, of Belvidere, passed away on Thursday, Aug. 22, 2013 at his home. He was born Dec. 22, 1940 in Winchester, the son of the late T.O. Couch and Stella Lee Gulley Couch. He was employed by Elk River Public Utility District. Mr. Couch was preceded in death by his brother, Aubrey ‘Tooter’ Couch. Surviving are brothers, Rickey Couch of Winchester, Wayne Couch of Belvidere and Clayton (Evelyn Modina) Couch of Belvidere; nephews Mark (Stacey) Couch and Rickey Couch, Jr.; nieces Tammy (Mike) Hall, Tina (Keith) Williams, Joyce (Tim) Armstrong and Dina Couch Tankersley; great-nieces and nephews Tabitha Stinnett, Clay Hall, Mikie Hall, Chris Williams, David Williams, Erica Paige Williams, Taylor Couch, Justin Armstrong, Gerick Tankersley, Kaydin Tankersley, Tracey Couch and Austin Couch, as well as several great-great-nieces and nephews and many beloved cousins and friends. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Sunday in the Moore-Cortner Chapel with Brother Randy Jackson officiating. Interment followed in Winchester Memorial Park. Moore-Cortner Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
